Genealogy

The Museum is open for research. We have copies of the Morris Herald Newspaper since 1875 on microfilm. There is a card catalogue of local obituaries, plat maps, and high school yearbooks. We also have telephone books, photos, and other archival research materials.

If you are doing genealogy research, a staff member can assist you. They can help you find the correct resources and information for your research. As part of our mission, we help to preserve the history of the area. This preservation includes the people who live here.

Pricing

To defray our expenses, we have set some small charges for our staff to do research.
